Valid for 02MAR18-14DEC18: Shangri-La Hotel The Marina Cairns is redefining their guestrooms in two separate phases, starting on 2nd March 2018. This transformation process reflects Shangri-La Hotel, The Marina Cairns' commitment to continuously provide outstanding facilities to guests. The process will take place in two phases: The first phase, involving 115 rooms, starts on 2nd of March 2018 and ends 21st of August 2018 The second phase, involving 69 rooms, starts on 30th of July 2018 and ends 14th December 2018. The phases of the transformation have been planned so that guestrooms being transformed are located at a distance from operative guestrooms.Minimal impact on in house guests is anticipated. During all phases of the transformation, the hotel will continue to operate as usual with uninterrupted service to ensure guests' comfort and convenience. They will do their best to minimise any disturbance and inconvenience and ensure that the guests are well taken care of.
Valid for 20AUG18-30NOV18: Shangri-La Hotel The Marina Cairns are delighted to inform you that they are redefining their restaurant, North Bar and Kitchen, commencing on 20th of August 2018. This transformation process reflects Shangri-La Hotel, The Marina Cairns' commitment to continuously provide outstanding facilities to guests. The restaurant will undergo a renewal that will ultimately deliver to the guests, a standard that surmounts every expectation and will secure North Bar and Kitchen's current position as the preferred waterfront marina location. Transformations are scheduled to conclude by the 30th of November 2018. The transformation has been planned to have minimal impact on their guests. During this period, food and beverage service will operate from the Terrace Room on Level 1 to ensure guests' comfort and convenience.  Some group dinners will be relocated to the tropical Poolside Terrace.  They will do their best to minimise any disturbance and inconvenience and ensure that the guests are well taken care of.
