For arrivals outside check in hours, Reception will require a mobile phone number of the guest to provide access to our key safe. Guest will use the mobile phone number as the password and the key card will be dropped including registration details. The guest will then need to sign the registration information and return to reception by 09:00am the following morning. 24 hour phone assistance is available. The key card will then allow guests to access the car park, lifts and reception.

Essence provides three Studio Accessible Apartments including car parking with direct lift access. All guest areas are wheel chair friendly.
The Studioi Accessible apartments have full kitchen facilities, two single beds, wheel chair accessible shower with seat, grab rails and lowered benches.

Childrens Facilities:

Our Guest lounge provides access to childrens toys and books for use, ideal for children 1-7 years old.

Driving Info:

Essence is located within an approximately 10 minute drive to both the International and Domestic Airports or Brisbane Entertainment Centre, and is within approximately 15 minutes drive to the CBD, Suncorp stadium, Brisbane Conference and Exhibition Centre or Brisbane Southbank Parklands.
