Driving Info:

From Melbourne Airport, follow the M2 toll road for 24 km. Exit onto the W1 Power Street towards the City for 300 metres. Turn right onto State Route 20 City Road, for 2.5 km. Turn left over the Swant Street Bridge onto Olympic Blvd. Cross Punt Road intersection on Swan Street. Turn first right to Wellington Street and right to Rout Street which leads to Punt Road and the entrance on the left. There is no vehicle access from Punt Road. Please note parking is AUD$20 per night.

If taking public transport, please make your way to the Skybus ticket office outside the airport arrivals terminal to purchase a ticket. The bus will take you to Southern Cross Station. Proceed into the station and take a train to Richmond Station. Exit Richmond Station onto Swan Street. Cross Swan Street at the intersection of Punt Road and proceed south down Punt Road approximately 50 metres. The entrance to 381 Cremorne is on the corner of Rout Street and Punt Road. Alternatively, taxis are available from the airport or Southern Cross Station.

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN IS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT for arrivals outside of reception hours. Contact us directly for instructions. A key safe is used to access keys to the building and apartment, located on the right of the main entrance glass doors. 1. Enter the code and press hash. 2. The apartment key and security fob is released into the tray with the apartment number (also embossed on the key) 3. The first numeral of the apartment number corresponds to the floor level of the apartment. The security swipe opens the entrance door and activates your floor level in the lift. A 24/7 store for basic groceries is a few doors down to the left at 399 Punt Road (Coles service station) CAR PARK The car park entrance is on Huckerby Street at the rear of the building.
