Built over 80 years ago, Peppers on the Point is a classic lodge offering luxury accommodation that includes nine spacious, opulent suites, most featuring breathtaking views over the lake. Two private lake cottage suites along with the owners residence, The Lake Villa and a One Bedroom Lake Villa Apartment, are available on request. All rooms include an ensuite, underfloor heating, air conditioning, spa baths and showers with massage jets, TV, DVD and CD player, internet access, telephone, in room safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary bathroom amenities.

The property is an expansive lakeside estate spread across a magnificent 2.8 hectares of grounds leading down to the lakes edge and private beach. All inclusive dining experience including pre-dinner drinks and canapes, 4 course table d'hote dinner and full breakfast. Dinner served in main dining room, private dining room, your suite, the wine cellar or in warmer weather outside overlooking the lake.

Driving Info:

From North Auckland to Rotorua,
allow 3 hours:Take Highway 1 south via Hamilton, Cambridge, Tirau - approx 3.5kms past Tirau turn left on State Highway 5 to Rotorua, as you enter Rotorua you will come in on Fairy Springs Road, you will pass Rainbow Springs and the gondolas on your right and shortly after this Kawaha Point Road is on your left, follow the brown signs saying lodges, we are at 214 Kawaha Point Road, right at the very end, if the gate is closed ring the bell and drive in and proceed to the front of the house where we will welcome you.
