Important Information:

Valid for 16JUL18-16SEP18: As part of ongoing maintenance on the Sandcastles building where the three bedroom apartments only are located, the Strata Company have confirmed the building is now due for a full external paint. Work will commence on Monday 16th July 2018 for approximately 8 weeks between the hours of 8am 4pm Monday to Friday. During this time, contractors will be high pressure cleaning the building exterior, with scaffolding in place on the back and sides of the building to allow access. A scissor lift will be used to access the balconies from the front of the building. A schedule with the specific dates of work will be provided intermittently by the contractors with the information placed in the building for guests to view.
