Key collection is available via the key safe located outside of reception at 241 City Road, Southbank. Please use the last 4 digits of your hotel reservation number as your access code. There is an intercom for assistance or by calling After Hours Concierge: Ph 0466 779 246. If arriving after 9pm please call 03 8256 7500 or email info@shortstay.com.au to advise of your estimated time of arrival and to confirm your contact details.

Please note: After hour guests to attend reception before 12pm the following day to complete the check-in process.
