The keys to your apartment are to be collected from the Melbourne Short Stay Apartments Office located at 187 City Road, Southbank.

After Office Hours 9pm 7am
Key collection is available via the key safe located outside of reception at 187 City Rd, Southbank. Please use the last 4 digits of your hotel reservation number as your access code. There is an intercom for assistance or call After Hours Concierge Ph 0466 779 246. If arriving after 9pm please call 03 8256 7500 or email info@shortstay.com.au to advise your estimated time of arrival and to confirm your contact details.

Please note: After hours arrival guests to attend reception before 12pm the following day to complete the check-in process.

Car-parking: Self-parking available at AUD25.00 per night - contact reception to book in advance, Ph 03 8256 7500.

Check-in policy: Standard terms and conditions to be completed with valid photographic identification of the registered guest provided.
Credit card Pre-authorisation: AUD100.00 credit card pre-authorisation is required upon check-in with a AUD500.00 pre-authorisation for all 3 Bedroom Apartment bookings.

Late check-out: Subject to availability, please check with reception for rates and availability.
Porta Cot: Available upon request at AUD18.00 per night.
